Return and Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy is 7 days from delivery of your jewellery.

We do not refund if you have changed your mind.

Include your order number, name and contact number

Include photos of the faulty item. NOTE we only refund on faulty goods. We will not refund if you have not followed the how to use instructions in the product description and as set out in the terms and conditions. The photos will determine whether there has been a fault. We reserve the right as to whether we deem the fault manufactured meaning our jewellery is hand crafted and hand made and inspected prior to being shipped or customer created.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is not approved we may consider a credit amount to come off your next full price purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, we may contact you for bank or credit card details in the case where you have elected not to keep any of your personal details on our files.

Sale items

Only full priced items may be refunded and if proved faulty. Sale items cannot be refunded, or buy one get one free or discounted items cannot be refunded.

There are no exchanges for changing your mind and no exchanges for swapping your purchased jewellery item or items for another.

Shipping returns

To return your product, email us sales@prettydevotion.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping postage and handling costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of return shipping postage and handling will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS – as we do not keep your credit card information refunds can take 2-3 plus weeks depending on the nature of the return.
